| Rendor Berger |
| Born in Salzburg, Austria in 1943 into a highly artistic family, his relatives were prominent in all fields of the Arts and these influences allowed him to develop his talents from an early age. After university he studied painting under the tuition of Professors Knapp and Steiner. He travelled widely throughout Europe, visiting all the major artistic and cultural centres of achievement. By studying the inherent traditions of the Dutch still life masters to the Italian Renaissance, Rendor fine-tuned his academic methods and created a sophisticated pool of creative inspiration. On his return to Austria he was quickly invited to stage his first major exhibition in Vienna. More opportunities followed from its success and soon Rendor Berger was exhibiting across Europe and the UK. His faithful recreation of the Dutch Old Master painters continues to build a strong foundation of international collectors. |
